Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Design (Frontend) Engineer,
Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive improvements in the quality, usability, and accessibility of
the app through contributions to the Design System
Identify, plan, and execute initiatives that enhance front-end app
infrastructure and support foundational libraries and tools
Consult, train, and mentor engineers on best practices for using
the design system and front-end infrastructure
Required Qualifications:
BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field
4+ years of experience as an engineer building full-stack web
applications in a cross-functional team
3+ years of experience with front-end engineering languages,
frameworks, and tools such as Vue and TypeScript
2+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in a
team setting
2+ years of experience coaching other engineers
