Research - Global Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead research strategy across Global Operations to ensure
high-quality product solutions
Conduct and advise on qualitative and quantitative studies within
core focus areas
Manage and mentor a team of researchers to deliver insights across
various operational areas
Required Qualifications
12+ years of industry experience with qualitative and quantitative
research methodologies
5+ years of experience managing UX researchers
Strong understanding of industry best practices in research
methodologies
Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful insights in
complex problem spaces
Experience leading research in areas such as Trust, Safety, or
Customer Support
