Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Academics in Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement academic goals, policies, and programs in
alignment with state standards
Provide leadership in curriculum development and instructional
strategies for virtual learning
Utilize data-driven decision-making to monitor student progress and
evaluate program effectiveness
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an educational
setting, preferably in virtual education
A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required; a
master's degree is highly preferred
An active Tennessee Principal License or equivalent administrative
certification is required
A valid Tennessee teaching license with prior teaching experience
in the state is preferred
Proficiency with educational technology tools and learning
management systems
