Locums Emergency Medicine - Foley, AL Coverage - Start: July-
End: Ongoing- 8-10 shift/month minimum Rate is all inclusive - tell
us the rate that would work for you! Position Details - 18-22
patients/shift- 21 beds in dept- Temp privileges available-
Admissions required- No newborn deliveries received in the ED. Yes,
L&D Dept- 28,000 annual visits- Docs see an avg of 1.5 pph,
APP's see avg of 2.26 pph. Summer may increase due to beach area-
24 hours of doc coverage, 20 hours of APP coverage daily- 20%
admission rate The following support services have 24 hours
availability at the facility: AnesthesiaCatheterization LabGeneral
SurgeryLaboratoryOrthopedic SurgeryRadiologVascular Surgery
Facility Details - Medhost Requirements - AL License or IMLC-
BC/BE- ACLS, ATLS, PALS Skills Required Need to be comfortable with
high acuity and see 2 patients per hour.
