Job Description:

Work as a Clinical Lab Professional in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:

* Determine specimen acceptability
* Perform routine and complex technical procedures
* Monitor and troubleshoot instrumentation
* Make technical decisions regarding testing and problem solving
* Prepare and test new reagents or controls
* Report accurate and timely test results

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or meet local regulatory requirements
* 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience
* Florida State Medical Technologist License
* ASCP or AMT certification preferred
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Proficient with computers and laboratory information systems
* High level of attention detail and strong communication and organizational skills
* Pass a standardized color vision screen
