Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Clinical Service
Oncology.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and direct the Cancer Registry Operations team, ensuring
efficient operations and adherence to standards
Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and foster team
member engagement and retention
Collaborate with various teams to ensure partner satisfaction,
service delivery, and operational analysis
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree in operations management, business, or a related
healthcare field
5+ years of experience in Cancer Registry Management, with at least
three years leading teams of 30+
1+ years of experience managing a business portfolio with a focus
on partner satisfaction and service delivery
Experience in driving operational efficiency and cost
optimization
Strong analytical capabilities and experience leveraging data for
continuous improvement
