Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Tools Support
Specialist to manage technical issues related to customer service
tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the escalation lifecycle for technical issues affecting
customer service tools
Support user access inquiries and manage group policies for
customer service tools
Provide IT implementation support for customer service site
launches and closures
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant experience in IT support and technical
troubleshooting
Proficiency with Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, Kibana,
Tableau, and Zendesk
Experience with customer service SaaS applications
Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment
Curiosity and initiative to explore unknowns in ambiguous
situations
