Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior People Technology Partner to
lead the implementation and optimization of their Workday
platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday modules
and customize solutions to meet organizational needs
Manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize business
requirements for ongoing implementation
Provide technical support, oversee system maintenance, and ensure
data accuracy within Workday
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience with Workday, focusing on configuration,
customization, and reporting
Proven experience managing large-scale Workday implementations or
upgrades
Workday certifications in relevant modules (e.g., HCM,
Integrations) are required
Experience with Salesforce ticketing system is a plus
