Job Description:
A company is looking for a CVP, Deputy General Counsel, Ethics &
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the global Ethics & Compliance Program, providing
legal counsel on compliance issues
Oversee compliance-related training programs and manage the
company's global ethics helpline
Develop and implement compliance policies, conduct investigations,
and report on compliance trends
Required Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited school and membership in good
standing in any state bar
10+ years of experience in global compliance program management,
preferably in the tech or SaaS sector
Strong knowledge of compliance areas such as ethics,
anti-corruption, and data privacy
Experience in employment law and government contracting compliance
preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and complex projects
effectively
