Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I -
French Bilingual to serve as the primary contact for customers in
the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Determine appropriate actions using product knowledge while
maintaining quality and productivity standards
Engage with customers, agents, and clients via phone and web to
address insurance-related inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
Assist with problem resolution, process policies, and maintain
confidentiality of information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least six months of customer service-related experience
Fluency in English and French (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
