Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Success / Loyalty
Agents
Handle complex customer issues and escalations while ensuring
prompt resolution
Monitor agent performance and manage key contact center metrics
Required Qualifications
Leadership experience in customer success, customer service, or
related fields
Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a remote or contact
center environment
Experience in handling escalations with a calm and customer-centric
approach
Familiarity with customer service tools and CRMs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
