Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Success / Loyalty Agents
Handle complex customer issues and escalations while ensuring prompt resolution
Monitor agent performance and manage key contact center metrics

Required Qualifications

Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a remote or contact center environment
