Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scheduling Operations Specialist to
support patient and family scheduling needs.
Key Responsibilities
Update provider schedules and manage out of office coverage
Conduct proactive outreach to patients with appointment gaps and
schedule initial intake appointments
Provide input on workflows to enhance patient satisfaction with
scheduling
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business administration,
communications, or a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience on an operational team in a
fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
Proficiency with cloud-based communication and software (Slack,
G-suite, Zoom & EMR)
Ability to navigate ambiguity and work cross-functionally with
clinicians and technical teams
