Compensation: $30 - $45/HR

Project Support Specialist

Description: The Project Support Specialist is responsible for effectively supporting project development and application support efforts by completing assigned tasks, while also assisting other members of the team. Duties will encompass conducting research, documentation, creating generic mapping, and developing scenarios to provide discovery and insight into existing and future technology developments.

Responsibilities:

Meet with business owners to document process requirements
Develop business requirements to support platform development
Participate in product development sessions during build and development phases
Testing based on sprint builds and production timelines
Willingness to embrace and become an advocate for new platform and processes
Assist with release rollouts by being engaged with associates during go-live periods
Develops and distributes compliance and productivity reports based on business need and process

Education:

Application specific certifications (preferred) where applicable
