Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Retirement Consultant to
deliver personalized consultations for retirement planning
needs.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate relationships with customers by providing personalized
service and addressing plan-related questions
Educate customers on distribution options and the advantages of
retirement plans
Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals while delivering
optimal solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
3+ years of experience in asset retention or financial sales
Good understanding of IRAs and retirement investment
products/services
FINRA 7 & 63 registrations required for consideration
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
quickly
