Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to
drive outbound lead generation and identify new business
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, targeted emails,
and LinkedIn outreach
Nurture the sales funnel by conducting discovery calls and setting
up meetings for the Events Team
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and lead statuses
using a CRM system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or equivalent
preferred
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead
generation, preferably in B2B, hospitality, or event sales
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to
track outreach and manage pipelines
Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage
multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
Familiarity with event planning, corporate bookings, or hospitality
sales is a plus
