Key Responsibilities
Communicate and implement strategic plans across all sales
divisions
Collaborate with District Managers to enhance market share and
brand loyalty
Coach and train District Managers and Store Managers to improve
sales proficiency
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the San Antonio & Austin Area
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline
5-7 years of experience in retail sales and customer relations
Proven experience in driving sales and managing teams
Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
