Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Reporting Analyst to
support the Member Services team through data reporting and
insights.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and compile data to create structured reports and dashboards
on call center performance
Identify trends and develop actionable insights for Member/Provider
Satisfaction
Validate data accuracy and seek opportunities for reporting process
improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a
related field
3+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or a related
role
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI,
or Excel
Familiarity with call center metrics and KPIs is a plus
