Job Description:

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic patient care and support for medication adherence and disease management
Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for patients with various disease states
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experiences and outcomes

Required Qualifications

Unrestricted current compact RN license in Texas with the ability to be licensed in multiple states
Minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
COVID vaccine required
