A company is looking for a Business Strategy and Operations Lead
focused on Go-to-Market strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the
business unit's Go-to-Market strategy
Act as the central conduit between Marketing, Sales, Post-Sales,
Product Management, and Engineering
Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to surface trends
and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
MBA required, with a focus on strategy, operations, or related
business disciplines
2-5 years in a customer-facing, sales-oriented, or business
operations role
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to drive
initiatives to completion
Strong analytical capabilities; adept at translating data into
actionable insights
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment,
juggling multiple priorities
