Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Consumer Service Operations Representative III.

Key Responsibilities

Provide coverage for associates on PTO and support new hire training to maintain customer service levels
Collaborate with administrators and medical staff to enhance patient experience outcomes
Assist with escalated member issues and coordinate Market member orientations

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish, fluent in reading, writing, and speaking
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Aptitude for quickly learning new technology and systems
Passionate about improving consumer experiences
